HERD at Balgone Estate joins forces with North Berwick’s legendary seafood kitchen, The Lobster Shack, for an unforgettable dining experience — our beef, their lobster, all cooked over coals.
The menu includes:🦞 Half native lobster with garlic & parsley butter🥩 Aberdeen Angus skirt steak with resting juices🥔 Crisp Marfona potatoes🥗 Castelfranco salad with tarragon & parmesan🍰 Burnt Basque cheesecake with summer berries
Love oysters? Add a plate of three to start, served with jeow som — a vibrant Lao-style dressing with lime, chilli, and tamarind.
You can also upgrade your steak at checkout, with dry-aged rump, sirloin, and fillet cuts from HERD’s own cattle available.
