Join Detour for a Yoga By Bike East Linton, on Sunday 28th September! 🚴‍♀️🧘

We’ll meet at The Yoga Den and head out for a 12 mile cycle to Tyninghame Beach. We ride at

a relaxed pace to take in the scenery and chat along the way.

When we arrive back at The Mart there will be a break, with lovely local shops and cafes to enjoy.

We will then head in to The Yoga Den for an hour of Vinyasa yoga, moving mindfully to release tension in the body.
