The Findlay family, who have over 50 years of experience in hospitality, returned to run the bistro in 2017, continuing its reputation for quality food and warm Scottish hospitality. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, the menu changes with the seasons and features a mix of modern Scottish cuisine, classic favourites and homemade desserts.
