Hi! Welcome to Station House Bakery, an artisan micro-bakery based in East Lothian and run by me (Raphaëlle) and my wonderful team. Station House Bakery was born during the 2020 lockdown, initially run from my home in Innerwick before relocating to Station Yard in Haddington in 2022. We’re on a mission to bake the best bread, cakes and pastries we can for the people of East Lothian. We believe in creating simple, fresh and wholesome food, using slow fermentation methods and local, seasonal and ethical ingredients wherever possible. We make everything from scratch, and hope you enjoy eating it as much as we love making it!
